Carmen Consoli, Marina Rei and Eva Pevarello in Concert

28 June – Free admission

On 28 June, a stage on the beach by Piazzale Zenith will welcome three leading ladies from the Italian music scene: Carmen Consoli, Marina Rei and Eva Pevarello will come together to perform three exceptional concerts in one.

Carmen Consoli, Marina Rei and Eva Pevarello will be the stars of a unique event that will shine the spotlight on outstanding female artistes. Eva Pevarello’s indisputable talent was showcased by X Factor. She will get the evening underway with her band. They will be followed by Marina Rei, who will be joined by special guest Paolo Benvegnù and present reworked versions of songs from her repertoire.

The evening will reach its culmination in the performance by Carmen Consoli.

Throughout her career, Carmen has never stopped breaking new ground. She was the first Italian artist to appear on stage in the Stadio Olimpico in Rome and the only Italian performer to take part in the celebrations to mark the anniversary of Bob Marley’s death in Ethiopia. She has headlined in Central Park and sold out three shows in a row in New York. In addition, she has started her own record label (Narciso Records), drawn inspiration from Verga and mythology, and included French and Arabic lyrics in her songs. She was the first woman in Club Tenco’s long history to win the Targa Tenco for the Best Album of the Year with “Elettra” and the first woman to be appointed as the Conductor for the “Concertone” at “La Notte della Taranta”. On top of all of this, she is a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador, an Ambassador for the Italian “Telefono Rosa” service for abused women and she won the Amnesty International Italy award for “Mio zio”.

The concert will take place at 8.00 pm on 28 June in Piazzale Zenith in Bibione. You can find full details of the event at
